The Basics

Juno House is hiring for an energetic and proactive front desk Executive Assistant (EA) to work directly with the Operations Manager. This role is member-focused and requires hospitality training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, friendly, and a fast learner with a natural smile and ability to make people feel comfortable.

Responsibilities

  • The face of Juno House, the heart of the front desk.
  • Covers a rotating schedule to ensure the desk is always covered, with excellent service.
  • Excellent guest reaction skills, managing complaints or uncomfortable situations.
  • Greet members when they arrive and provide an excellent experience alongside the membership team.
  • Work hand in hand with other departments, like membership events, to hit sales targets for both membership growth and events.
  • Manage space rentals and use the software tool to book members in when they arrive.
  • Project manage and oversee tasks from start to finish and on schedule.
  • Organize staff meetings and update calendars.
  • Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and orders.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.

About You

  • Background in one of the following fields : hospitality, luxury goods / retail, tourism.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, plus emotional intelligence.
  • Native in Catalan and Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Solution-oriented and reliable professional.
  • Incredibly detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
  • Digital native : Microsoft Office including Excel, CRM skills a bonus.
  • Flexible; able to adapt to quickly changing situations.
