An innovative L&D consultancy is seeking a Full-Stack AI Developer to build an AI-powered learning platform. The role involves owning the development cycle for a career navigation bot, requiring expertise in GPT-based applications and strong API integration skills. This is a remote project-based position. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to articulate their approach to building AI-driven user experiences.

• Build Career Path Bot (PathPilot) MVP with required interfaces.
• Integrate smart prompt engineering and dashboard UX/UI.
• Own the entire development cycle from front to backend.

We're looking for a

Full-Stack AI Developer

who's experienced in GPT/Co-Pilot-based apps and can own the entire dev cycle from front to backend, including smart prompt engineering, dashboard integration and UX / UI.
What you'll build?
Career Path Bot (PathPilot) MVP with all required interfaces (e.g.
Chat UX/UI that interviews users on their skills, role, goals, etc.)
Requirements:





Proven experience building GPT / Co Pilot-based applications
End-to-end product mindset: UI + logic + API integration
Strong knowledge of OpenAI API (chat completion, fine-tuning optional)
Experience with conversational UI, state/session handling

Qualifications:

English speaking, writing and daily communication - A MUST
Project based position with option to extend - Full remote

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with L&D; or HR tech products
Familiarity with linking outputs to a learning system
Built chatbots for learning or career support
Deployed bots that generate actionable PDFs
Used AI to guide user journeys or skill-building
Integrated APIs into low-code LMS platforms
