Roche seeks an experienced professional to own the global Learning Management system strategy, specifically Cornerstone on Demand. You will coordinate with the GLS team to shape roadmaps, manage lifecycles, and ensure GxP data governance across global sites.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliant, validated systems within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience with Learning Management technology and platform management (Cornerstone on Demand).
• Strong understanding of GMP/FDA/GxP in regulated environments is required.
• Experience with validated or controlled environments and software validation.

Mansioni

• Drive System Strategy as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Cornerstone on Demand.
• Manage lifecycle including upgrades, replacements and retirements with change management processes.
• Shape product roadmaps by partnering with GLS to define vision and prioritize enhancements.
• Ensure compliance and data stewardship, maintaining GxP compliance and data governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across global Learning, IT, and validation functions.
• Optimize processes and systems, drive continuous improvement and manage deviations/CAPAs.
• Govern the learning ecosystem, ensuring data flow, reporting and interfaces across sites.
