A leading Legaltech firm in Santa Cruz de Tenerife is seeking a part-time B2B Sales Representative to engage with law firms and corporate legal departments. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting calls, and converting leads. Ideal candidates will have a law degree, B2B sales experience, and fluency in Spanish. The Role
You’ll join as our first part-time B2B Sales Representative (≈ 20 hrs/wk) on a 3-month trial contract. Your mission: open doors with law firms and corporate legal departments, prove product-market fit, and lay the groundwork for a full-time, quota-carrying position.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify legal prospects via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Craft value-driven sequences that convert first meetings into demos.
- Run discovery calls, tailor product walk-throughs, and negotiate pilot agreements.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline in Pipedrive and report weekly metrics.
- Partner with Product on feedback loops that sharpen our AI features.
- Educate prospects on Legaltech best practices and ROI.
- Exceed monthly SQL and revenue targets to unlock full-time employment.
What You’ll Bring
Required
- 2 + yrs B2B sales or BD experience, with cold-outreach success.
- Law degree from a Spanish university or demonstrable experience selling to lawyers.
- Stellar written & spoken Spanish; professional English.
- Tech-savvy, organised, punctual, data-driven.
- Passion for efficiency, automation and process design.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous SaaS or Legaltech quota attainment.
- Experience training clients on new software.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive or equivalent CRM

Compensation & Benefits
- Trial period (part-time, 20 h/week): Gross base per month + 10 % uncapped commission on closed ARR. You sign a service agreement as an autónomo/ freelancer. Under Spanish law, you are an independent provider, free to invoice other clients (non-competitors) while dedicating ~20 hours per week to TRATO.
- Post-trial (full-time): €22,000 – €26,000 gross base per year + commission.
