I will promote and safeguard the Wellness philosophy, including programs like Sleep With Six Senses, Eat With Six Senses, and Grow With Six Senses across all HR and training functions.

Responsibilities

In this role, I am responsible for efficiently managing all guest experience tasks to ensure exceptional service within brand standards. My duties include:

  • Managing all incoming telephone and email communications, redirecting or acting upon them appropriately.
  • Conducting pre-arrival guest communications.
  • Recording guest preferences accurately and ensuring they are accessible to relevant teams for personalized service.
  • Providing up-to-date information on hotel happenings and assisting with bookings or passing information to the Concierge.
  • Maintaining impeccable telephone etiquette while making guests feel comfortable and adapting communication styles as needed.
  • Understanding all processes, standards, and guest journey stages, including LQA and Forbes standards.
  • Managing multiple platforms simultaneously while handling various information streams.
  • Using our main communication tools, including the Six Senses App, and monitoring task execution.
  • Qualifications

    To succeed as a Guest Services Agent, I possess the necessary qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar or higher role within luxury hotels, with proven results. I hold a hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized institution and have over one year of relevant experience.

    I am a proactive, visible host with excellent organizational skills, a passion for excellence, and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of luxury guests. I am capable of working effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

    Technical skills include proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of food and beverage service, including kitchen skills, and a strong understanding of guest-related functions and service.

    I am fluent in written and spoken English, with some knowledge of Spanish and local customs.

    I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses standards, policies, facilities, and services.
