Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensuring follow-up with attention to detail.
3. Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel.
4. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organization skills required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- A high level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential.

Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
