Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a Server at Novotel Valencia Lavant to deliver friendly and professional service in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work with the F&B team to ensure quality, guest satisfaction and smooth operation from arrival to departure.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy hotel setting, with opportunities for growth within a leading hospitality group.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Experience in restaurant, bar or Food & Beverage operations.
• Knowledge of service standards and guest service within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work in an organised, efficient and guest-focused manner in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of languages, especially English, is a plus.
• Knowledge of and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient service to guests from arrival to departure.
• Set up and maintain service areas.
• Take and manage orders.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the restaurant and F&B areas.
• Work as part of a dynamic and international Food & Beverage team with guest focus.
