Swamp Stop is a community-focused restaurant hiring a Restaurant Cook to join the team. The role centers on accurately processing food orders, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service as a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities include punctuality, friendly greetings, shift preparation, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Experience in restaurants is preferred, with a positive, can-do attitude valued equally.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all restaurant staff.
• Some previous restaurant experience preferred.
• “Can do” attitude and willingness to be at your during your shift.

Responsabilidades

• Report to work on time in a clean and complete proper uniform.
• Greet all customers with a smile and a verbal greeting.
• Complete the position checklist while stocking and preparing the unit for the next shift.
• Perform prep and cleaning duties as detailed by supervisor, including bussing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning kitchen equipment and walls.
• Know the menu and follow company policies with each guest to maximize shift sales.
