IHG Hotels & Resorts in Barcelona invites a hospitality student to join our team as an intern. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, and guide guests on hotel services and locations. Expect training, teamwork, and exposure to high standards of service.

Requirements include ongoing hospitality studies, at least a 4-month agreement, English fluency, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Formación

• Currently studying bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for at least 4 months.
• Previous hotel knowledge and operational experience valuable.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner recognizing IHG Rewards Club Members and returning guests.
• Check guests in, provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local legislative requirements.
• Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned including guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc.
• Accommodating general and unique requests.

What We Need From You
