Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the experience of VIP guests and those in premium rooms, providing personalized and exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage VIP and premium room guest experiences, ensuring personalized service and exceeding expectations.
  • Assist arriving VIP and premium guests with information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Handle guest requests efficiently, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance revenue and satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable about local attractions and services to recommend tailored experiences.
  • Resolve guest issues following established protocols.
  • Adhere to departmental standards, attributes, and manuals.
  • Utilize customer experience management tools and monitor feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support digital guest experiences in line with company strategy.
  • Manage material orders efficiently to optimize resources.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Portuguese preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles such as Concierge, Butlers, or Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in hospitality, sales, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
