As GTM Strategy & Sales Lead, you'll work closely with the founders and executive team to define, prioritize, and execute THEKER’s most critical strategic initiatives.

This is an active role. It offers the opportunity to be a key driver, ensuring alignment across the company, accelerating execution, and establishing foundational processes that enable THEKER to scale effectively. You will own strategy, develop systems, lead cross-functional projects, and support activities from go-to-market planning to robot deployment.

What You’ll Be Driving

  1. GTM Architecture & Experimentation
  • Develop segmentation strategies, define ICP, set pricing strategies, and determine channel mix.
  • Manage the GTM experimentation backlog, formulate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and implement learnings.
  • Create playbooks for qualification, value-based proposals, and pilot-to-rollout processes applicable across regions and verticals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts in robotics and industrial automation.
  • Build reference customers and ensure successful conversions to production with strong ARR.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and forecast accurately.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product, Deployment Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless hand-offs from sales to implementation.
  • Provide market intelligence feedback to Engineering and Product teams for roadmap prioritization.
  • Establish knowledge-sharing frameworks to maximize learning from customer interactions.

4. Culture & Organizational Building

  • Hire, mentor, and develop future GTM team members while fostering humility and ownership.
  • Implement rituals and processes that align commercial, technical, and operational teams around a shared mission.
  • Be a self-starter with high energy and a proactive attitude.
  • Enjoy iterating on GTM strategies and running experiments.
  • Proven sales experience in robotics or highly technical SaaS (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake).
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Humble and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience building GTM or field operations in hardware or robotics companies.
  • Exposure to B2B enterprise sales or industrial deployments.
  • Technical literacy in robotics, AI/ML, or embedded systems (ability to discuss technical topics without coding required).
