Your Mission

As GTM Strategy & Sales Lead, you'll work closely with the founders and executive team to define, prioritize, and execute THEKER’s most critical strategic initiatives.

This is an active role. It’s an opportunity to be a force multiplier, ensuring alignment across the company, accelerating execution, and building foundational processes that enable THEKER to scale with precision. You will own strategy, develop systems, lead cross-functional projects, and support everything from go-to-market development to robot deployment.

What You’ll Be Driving

  1. GTM Architecture & Experimentation
  2. Develop segmentation, ICP definition, pricing strategy, and channel mix.
  3. Manage the GTM experimentation backlog, formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze results, and apply learnings.
  4. Create playbooks (qualification criteria, value-based proposals, pilot-to-rollout paths) that can scale across geographies and verticals.
  5. Originate, negotiate, and close high-value contracts in robotics and industrial automation.
  6. Build reference customers, ensuring successful conversion to production rollouts with strong ARR.
  7. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and forecast accurately.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

  1. Partner with Product, Deployment Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth hand-offs from sale to implementation.
  2. Provide structured market intelligence feedback to Engineering and Product Management for roadmap prioritization.
  3. Establish knowledge-sharing frameworks to enhance learning from customer interactions.

4. Culture & Organizational Building

  1. Hire, mentor, and develop future GTM team members while fostering humility and ownership.
  2. Develop rituals that align commercial, technical, and operational teams around a unified mission.

You’ll Likely Excel Here If…

  • You are a self-starter with high energy and a proactive attitude.
  • You have a passion for iterating GTM strategies and conducting experiments.
  • You have proven sales experience in robotics or highly technical SaaS (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake).
  • You have 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • You are humble.
  • You have experience building GTM or field operations in hardware or robotics companies.
  • You have exposure to B2B enterprise sales or industrial deployments.
  • You possess technical literacy in robotics, AI/ML, or embedded systems (you don’t need to code, but should understand technical discussions).
