As GTM Strategy & Sales Lead, you'll work closely with the founders and executive team to define, prioritize, and execute THEKER’s strategic initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to be a key driver, ensuring alignment across the company, accelerating execution, and building foundational processes to scale effectively. You will own strategy, develop systems, lead cross-functional projects, and support go-to-market strategies and robot deployments.

What You’ll Be Driving

  1. GTM Architecture & Experimentation
  • Develop segmentation, ICP definition, pricing strategy, and channel mix.
  • Manage the GTM experimentation backlog, design hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and apply learnings.
  • Create playbooks for qualification, value-based proposals, and pilot-to-rollout paths that can be scaled across geographies and verticals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts in robotics and industrial automation.
  • Build reference customers and ensure conversion to production with strong ARR.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Deployment Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth hand-offs from sales to implementation.
  • Provide market intelligence feedback to Engineering and Product teams for roadmap prioritization.
  • Establish knowledge-sharing frameworks to enhance learning from customer interactions.

Culture & Organizational Building

  • Hire, mentor, and develop future GTM team members, fostering humility and ownership.
  • Implement rituals that align commercial, technical, and operational teams around a shared mission.
  • Be a self-starter with high energy, a go-getter attitude.
  • Enjoy iterating GTM strategies and running experiments.
  • Proven sales experience in robotics or technical SaaS (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake).
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Humble and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience building GTM or field operations in hardware or robotics companies.
  • Exposure to B2B enterprise sales or industrial deployments.
  • Technical literacy in robotics, AI/ML, or embedded systems (ability to engage in technical discussions).
