Formación

Your Responsibilities :

As a key member of the Revenue team, you will be responsible for :

  • GTM Architecture : Refine market analysis and segmentation, ownership rules, sales motions, and conflict policies.
  • Forecasting & Sales Process : Design forecasting layers, cleaner MQL handover rules, and pipeline health.
  • Data & Systems Execution : Align the sales process and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite) to a unified customer / revenue view. Analyze and improve sales productivity metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment and Project Management : Drive sprint-style alignment on GTM initiatives (streamline lead generation and distribution, SLA’s, mutually owned OKR’s between marketing and sales)

What We're Looking For :

Experience

  • 4–7 years in strategy consulting, revenue operations, business ops, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS / tech company.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, sales intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, segmentation logic, sales funnel design, GTM infrastructure.
  • High output drive : ability to turn ambiguous problems into execution plans quickly.
  • Bonus : Automotive tech or PE-backed company GTM project experience.
  • Languages : English (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Communication : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills : CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), NetSuite, marketing automation, sales intelligence tools, reporting / BI tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
