As our Junior GTM Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, sales, and marketing, supporting customer-facing teams with technical insights and scalable processes. Your work will help us translate complex solutions into clear business value, ensure smooth product launches, and continuously improve how JOIN goes to market.

Responsibilities
  • Support GTM strategy execution for product launches, campaigns, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform GTM planning.
  • Assist in creating sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies).
  • Document winning processes, recurring technical questions, and create simple guides.
  • Run outbound campaigns and analyse outcomes, providing insights for improvement.
  • Hypothesise and test new channels and outbound methods tailored to our ICP and personas.
Team

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product, while reporting into the GTM team. Your contributions will help align strategy, content, and execution - and ensure that our commercial teams operate with clarity and efficiency.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and messaging skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-team collaboration.
  • Interest in SaaS, tech, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with curiosity to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.

Bonus: Experience with SQL, API integrations, and low-code tools (automation edge).

Nice to have: Background in Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement.
