Job Description:

The Role: The GTM Strategy and Operations team at Personio is a key strategic partner for sales and marketing leaders, focusing on strategy, analytics, operations, and processes. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations, with a strong analytical mindset. They are curious and aim to improve the current processes.

If you're interested, this is a great opportunity to join our Strategy & Operations team and learn what it takes to build a world-class GTM organization. You'll collaborate with strategy teams, sales leaders, and the broader GTM team to enhance productivity and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include making processes scalable, owning critical workflows, and improving them continually. Examples include territory assignment in SFDC, competitor data analysis, and talent pipeline management.

Your tasks will include standardizing processes, managing inbound requests, overseeing operational activities like territory management and reporting, and supporting sales capacity planning and quota setting.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, supporting sales or GTM operations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation, and familiarity with tools like Gong and Salesloft.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and excellent communication.
  • Independence and ability to build relationships across distributed teams.
  • Attention to detail, with a proactive approach to designing solutions for global pain points.
  • A passion for sales and marketing, despite the operations focus.
