SENSESBIT is an AI-driven SaaS platform revolutionizing sensory data analysis for the food and beverage industry. We’re looking for a Sales Go-To-Market AI Specialist to lead our B2B sales strategy and drive revenue from the ground up.
The ideal candidate has experience scaling a B2B SaaS startup from Seed to €10M+ ARR and is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge tools and AI automation to accelerate growth. This is a remote role (open to candidates across Europe), where you’ll collaborate with our Forbes 30 Under 30 founder to build an Allbound Sales engine, refine product-market fit, and establish SENSESBIT as a category leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch & Scale GTM Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, SEO, paid, content) to generate pipeline and boost product adoption.
- Automate & Accelerate Demand: Build scalable inbound & outbound engines using top AI tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist).
- Content That Converts: Create impactful content (LinkedIn posts, landing pages, lead magnets, newsletters) targeting decision-makers (CMOs, Product Heads, Innovation teams).
- Lead Nurturing on Autopilot: Develop automated workflows, email drips, and retargeting funnels to convert MQLs into revenue.
- Performance-Obsessed Execution: Own KPIs like CAC, MQL→SQL conversion, LTV, and campaign ROI; optimize continuously.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales for seamless handovers, faster cycles, and shared pipeline management.
- Position the Brand: Define our market narrative, sharpen messaging, and establish category dominance.
- Experiment Like a Scientist: Test data-driven, bold ideas using AI tools (RelevanceAI, Ocean.io, CommonRoom) to discover unconventional growth channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with proven success in scaling startups from €0 to €10M+ ARR.
- Fluent in AI & automation tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly, Customer.io) with a results-driven approach.
- GTM strategist & operator with full funnel ownership, from ICP to activation.
- Excellent content creator capable of translating complex SaaS & AI concepts into clear messaging.
- Full-funnel mindset, experienced in launching top-of-funnel campaigns and closing the loop with sales.
- Metrics-driven decision maker who relies on dashboards and data analysis.
- Autonomous, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Note: This is not a junior or training role. Candidates must have personally helped scale a B2B SaaS company using modern automation and AI tools.
