ITP Aero in the Madrid area is seeking a Test Cell Engineer to define, revise and optimize procedures for testing GTF powerplants, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will work closely with Engineering Disciplines, Operations and PW MRO to implement solutions that improve TAT, cost and quality.

Education in engineering or a technical degree is required (preferably aeronautics). Fluent Spanish and English are essential, with knowledge of aircraft engine maintenance processes and OEM

• Engineering/technical degree required, preferably aeronautics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
• Demonstrated engineering experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of aircraft engine maintenance processes.
• Ability to interpret OEM technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Civil and Military quality standards and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Define, maintain, revise and optimize test preparation and testing procedures for GTF powerplant.
• Define required process tooling and track tooling revisions.
• Analyse test performance and abnormalities to identify root causes.
• Assess test rejection rates and drive corrective actions.
• Support Test Cell Operations to ensure smooth, failure-free procedures.
