ITP Aero in Spain is seeking a Process Engineer to define, review and optimize procedures for GTF powerplant maintenance. You will work with Engineering, Operations, and MRO teams to support Turnaround Time, Cost and Quality objectives.

Responsibilities include defining tooling, supporting operations, and developing process sheets. Strong knowledge of aircraft engine maintenance and OEM documents is essential; Part 145 compliance experience is a plus.

Formación

• Engineering or technical degree, Aeronautics preferred.
• Spanish and fluent English.
• Proven engineering experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of aircraft engine maintenance processes.
• Ability to interpret OEM documentation.
• Knowledge of quality standards and certification procedures (Civil and Military).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong support to Operations, ensuring robust and failure-free procedures, and troubleshoot process-related issues when required.
• Develop, approve and implement alternative process and tooling solutions in accordance with Part 145 requirements.
• Analyse process stability to improve First Pass Yield performance.
• Prepare dedicated process sheets and work instructions to support Operations when required.
• Lead the industrialization of critical processes, including OEM-controlled build activities.

Objective : As a Process Engineer, your mission will be to define, review and optimize procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality in the maintenance of GTF powerplants. You will work closely with all Engineering Disciplines, Operations and Pratt & Whitney MRO teams, providing effective solutions to support Turnaround Time (TAT), Cost and Quality objectives.

Main responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, review and optimize engine disassembly and assembly procedures.
• Define required process tooling and consumables and manage tooling revision control.
• Provide strong support to Operations, ensuring robust and failure-free procedures, and troubleshoot process-related issues when required.
