Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe is seeking a qualified Test Engineer to join the Integration Test and Analysis domain within the Flight and Integration Test Center. You will support development, certification and production testing of aircraft general systems, powerplant and flight control systems, performing test planning, execution, data reduction and final reporting.

• Educated in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing.
• Proven experience in A/C Tests definition, preparation and execution for General Systems, FCS and Powerplant Systems.
• Configuration control and setup for tests.
• A/C tests and safety critical system tests for first flight.
• A/C prototypes testing.
• A/C or Systems configuration analysis and tests definition for the specific configuration.
• A/C Test means and Ground Support Equipment knowledge and operation.
• Test Support Systems, Flight Test Instrumentation definition and real time monitoring.
• Test results analysis and reporting.
• FTI monitoring displays V&V and real time systems monitoring and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, execute integration test on virtual environment, at lab/rig and ground test on the aircraft, support flight test execution and derive required reporting and data analysis.
• Prepare contribution to the Integrated Test Team forum within the scope of the activities.
• Develop, certify, qualify and production testing activities according to Test Program requirements; ensure IV&V strategy; follow-up of test progress.
• Review and optimize Test Requests generating derived test procedures.
• Assure and review that the test means are in adequate configuration to perform the test; control of configuration and limitations of the ATAs.
• Coordinate with Test Framework and instrumentation and A/C & Mission System Integration Rigs domains for data reduction, monitoring and analysis.
• Interface with DO, AW and certification authorities; write Development/Certification/Qualification test plans and reports.
• Assistance to Flight Test Engineers, Test Pilots and Test Specialists in preparation of Flight Test or simulator sessions; telemetry monitoring and data analysis.
• Interface with Test Integrators, project coordinators, design offices, chief engineering; provide system architecture and design definition for Systems and Functions integration.
• Provide analysis and validation of test results.
• Identify, categorize, track and analyse system misbehaviours; provide information to the designer.
• Optimize test data analysis and derived methodologies.
