Una empresa global de atención médica busca un Especialista en Gestión de Proyectos para liderar iniciativas en la cadena de suministro. Este papel clave implica coordinar con múltiples departamentos y ser el enlace entre la comunidad de IT y los usuarios clave. Buscamos a alguien con una licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o Administración de Empresas, con al menos 2 años de experiencia en logística y gestión de proyectos. Role Mission

The primary role is to plan, coordinate and implement the projects initiatives and improvements related to Supply Chain activity in accordance to business priorities and encouraging the harmonization of the process worldwide. This role serves as well as the key liaison for the overall Supply Chain community and the IT applications department when it comes to deploy IT projects.

What your responsibilities will be

  1. Coordinate with other organizational areas / departments the development and implementation of the new processes, improvements or solutions established.
  2. Keep informed all the stakeholders of the project about the milestones of the Project.
  3. Propose organization, quality and safety improvements in order to ensure the continuous enhancement in the processes developed in the Supply Chain organization.
  4. Consolidate all development requests from local/regional/global teams, apply global scope and prioritize them.
  5. Combine deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes at user level, with relevant expertise in technologies and systems architectures supporting the business.
  6. Facilitate the single contact point for IT applications community.
  7. Facilitate the single contact point for the key users community in each team (local / regional / global).

Who you are

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (ADE) or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Customer Services and Logistics and Project Management.
  3. Advanced level of English – C1.
  4. You have user-level knowledge of MS Office and SAP software (S4 Hana will be a plus).
  5. You are proactive, decisive, and able to adapt to different multicultural environments.
