Nodes & Links, a remote-first deep-tech start-up, is seeking a Growth Product Owner to own a portfolio of screens shaping how the world’s largest projects are delivered. You’ll have end-to-end scope from creation to prototypes engineers can build, powered by AI tooling and strong data signals.

You will drive 6-week roadmaps, own activation/retention KPIs, and run experiments to validate ideas. Collaboration with Sales, CS, Design, and Engineering is essential, with a Cyprus office for those who

Formación

• 3-5 years in a B2B product management role with growth metrics ownership.
• Proven growth experiments experience (A/B, multivariate) and data-driven iteration.
• Ability to say no and protect the team from low-value work.
• Experience collaborating with senior Engineers and Design teams.
• Strong data literacy to derive conclusions and hypotheses.

Responsabilidades

• Generate 6-week roadmaps from 3-month plans provided by the Head of Product.
• Own KPIs: activation, retention, and feature adoption with clear targets.
• Design and run small experiments (A/B, layout changes) and analyze results.
• Conduct product discovery via calls, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and customer success.
• Elicit requirements from customers and stakeholders for new features.
• Wireframe user flows using Miro and map current tool usage.
• Propose new features with data-driven rationale to the Head of Product.
