Nodes & Links is seeking a Growth Product Owner to own a portfolio of screens that shape how some of the world’s largest projects get delivered. You’ll have end-to-end ownership, from scope creation to design prototypes that Engineers can build, leveraging AI tooling to move fast.

You will generate 6-week roadmaps, own activation/retention KPIs, run experiments, and conduct discovery by watching sales calls and using tools like Mixpanel and Hotjar.

Formación

• Growth metrics ownership across activation, retention and adoption.
• Strong data-driven decision making with experiments (A/B tests).
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Engineers, Design and Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Roadmap: generate 6-week roadmaps from 3-month plans.
• Own KPIs: drive feature adoption, engagement and retention.
• Test hypotheses and run experiments with data analysis.
• Product Discovery: observe calls, use Mixpanel/Hotjar, and analyze competitors.
• Elicit requirements from customers and stakeholders for new features.
• Wireframe and user flows using Miro for new features.
