Royal Queen Seeds, which has produced some of Europe’s best cannabis seeds, is now available to hobby homegrown and professional cultivators also in the U.S. and Thailand.

In 2011, we launched the RQS website. Propelled by continuous demand, we opened a brand store in Amsterdam (2015), and one in the centre of Barcelona (2016).

Growth Product Manager

We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to oversee and optimize a newly acquired platform as an integral part of the RQS ecosystem. This role will focus on enhancing the platform's performance, driving user growth, and leveraging its traffic to maximize value across our entire portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.

You'll create a difference by

• Develop and execute strategies to align the acquired platform with the overarching goals of RQS.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to improve the platform’s UX, layout, and content delivery.
• Generate reports and actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Implement robust SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and boost search rankings.
• Manage and update content to ensure alignment with the Royal Queen Seeds brand and user needs.
• Design and execute user acquisition and retention strategies to grow the platform’s audience.
• Leverage the platform’s high traffic to drive conversions for Royal Queen Seeds.
• Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns to engage users and promote the platform.
• Track, measure, and analyze platform KPIs, providing insights to guide growth initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and execution.

The abilities we think would be a great match

• Proven experience in product management, digital growth, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in SEO, UX, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and database management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.
• Driver's License and Car Required : You need a valid driver's license and access to a car.
