TheFork, Europe’s leading restaurant booking platform, is seeking a Partnerships Operations Manager in Barcelona. You will own day-to-day partnership operations, drive expansion, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize business impact across Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, Legal, and Finance.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar role or sector.
• Proven ability to negotiate and structure commercial partnerships.
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strong ownership.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Existing Partnership Management: Own day-to-day operations and internal coordination, grow existing partnerships, scale operations, and monitor performance metrics.
• Partnership Expansion: Identify and assess new partnership opportunities, source and onboard new partners, and structure commercial deals.
• Project Management: Lead key strategic initiatives from scoping and timelines to execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and impact.
