TheFork works with a wide range of partners to expand its value proposition and address key restaurant needs (technology, marketing, payments, and financing). As Partnerships Operations Manager, you will own partnership operations and drive their strategic expansion to maximize business impact.
Existing Partnership Management: Own day-to-day operations and internal coordination, grow existing partnerships, scale operations, and monitor performance metrics.
Partnership Expansion: Identify and assess new partnership opportunities, source and onboard new partners, and structure commercial deals in collaboration with Country teams and/or Product teams.
Project Management: Lead key strategic initiatives from scoping and timelines to execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, Legal, Finance) to drive alignment and impact.
