We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our mission, you will be responsible for growing our presence in the market through creative and effective marketing strategies.

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of communication practices and techniques, as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities. You will work closely with our Brand Manager to localize campaigns, manage cross-channel content, and coordinate impactful initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with excellent writing skills and a proven track record of managing social media accounts across multiple platforms. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is also required.

You will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing and communications strategy for the Romanian market, including social media strategy, external events, and content creation. You will also oversee the marketing budget and ensure consistent application of verbal and visual brand identity guidelines across all communications.
