Role Overview

As a Growth New Business Analyst, you will analyze commercial opportunities in major markets, define strategies for negotiations, and lead initiatives to improve partnership analysis and identify performance gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze feasibility of partnerships, proposing mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Define and implement market-specific commercial strategies.
  • Participate in negotiations with potential partners.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and stronger alliances.
  • Support performance teams in early problem detection.
  • Coordinate with other departments and oversee market analysis.
  • Work across different markets in an international environment.
  • Report to the Global Growth Manager - Head of Partnership Analysis.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Maths, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in consultancy or investment banking.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ethical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Data-driven, impact-oriented, with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
