What you'll do

At FounderNest, people come first, and you will be joining the One Voice function (i.e., Marketing). We call it One Voice because you will lead how we communicate. If you are passionate about driving business growth, seeing the impact of your work, and being part of a dynamic team disrupting an industry, this is your dream position!

You will be the second team member, working directly with our Head of Marketing, with allocated resources to meet goals. This is a generalist marketing role requiring someone with:

  • Excellent written and oral English skills.

You will work on the following:

  • Thought Leadership Content: Develop and distribute high-quality articles, whitepapers, research, and case studies to position FounderNest as an industry leader.
  • Webinars and Events: Plan and execute webinars and virtual events to engage prospects and nurture leads.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, and X (formerly Twitter), aligning with our brand voice and campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM (HubSpot): Build and optimize prospect and customer nurturing emails, workflows, and campaigns.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and sales teams on feature launches, messaging, and sales support.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Affiliate, Influencer, and Partner Marketing: Manage relationships to scale lead efforts.
  • Design and Branding: Ensure brand consistency across materials and collaborate on visual assets.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist with dashboards, campaign reports, and data analysis for strategy optimization.
  • Website Management: Assist with webpage building and improvements via our CMS.
  • Video Creation: Develop explainer videos, social snippets, and product videos.

What you will bring

3+ years of relevant experience in:

  • B2B growth marketing at SaaS companies.
  • Startup or scale-up environments.
  • Deep understanding of marketing impact on acquisition, nurturing, and retention (both qualitative and quantitative).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic analytics tools.
  • Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with ability to tailor messages across channels.
  • Creative mindset with idea generation skills for exponential impact.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Passion for growth marketing and career development.
  • Design and branding awareness.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.

Based in Spain, bilingual in Spain required.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in enterprise space marketing.
  • Previous startup marketing team experience.
