Dolead is a global leader in performance marketing, helping businesses scale customer acquisition efficiently. With offices in Paris and Boston, we specialize in paid media strategies that drive high-intent leads and revenue growth.
We are expanding our Growth Marketing team in EMEA to explore new paid acquisition channels beyond Google & Meta. Our goal is to identify, test, and scale emerging platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) to diversify our revenue streams and unlock new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do
As a Growth Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for testing, optimizing, and scaling new paid acquisition channels across the European market (clients in France, the UK, Spain, Portugal, ...).
You’ll play a key role in experimenting with high-potential platforms, analyzing performance data, and driving strategic recommendations.
