We're a passionate remote team behind the music apps Drum Coach and Drum Notes , used by 200k+ people. For us, growth is oxygen. We're looking for a driven growth leader to experiment, fail, learn, win... and help us make the whole world play music.

Your Mission Design and execute data-driven growth initiatives that convert curious drummers into lifelong fans.

What You’ll Own

• Full-Funnel Growth : Own our growth strategy from top to bottom. Hypothesize, test, and scale user acquisition across all channels (Paid, Organic, Influencers, Partnerships).
• Performance & Operations : Manage budgets and freelancers, build dashboards to track KPIs, and report on insights that will shape our next moves.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years in marketing, ideally with mobile app growth (imposter syndrome is welcome!).
• Hungry to learn and tinker with new tools, including AI.
• Comfortable managing freelancers, budgets, and KPIs.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese and / or Spanish is a plus).
• Self-directed with a bias for action; you thrive in small, high-impact teams.
• Bonus : A background in music, drumming, or ed-tech.
