About the role :

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across paid and non-paid channels, and to partner with Product on conversion funnel optimization.

In this role, you'll be responsible for each of Dribbble's offerings, but you'll be primarily focused on accelerating the growth of Dribbble's marketplace for services (the newest and fastest growing part of our business).

To be successful in this role (and organization), you must be able to prioritize rigorously, communicate effectively, and execute rapidly. Although we have finite resources, our team is exceptionally talented and committed, we have tens of millions of users, and our website receives more than 100M visitors each year – an entrepreneurial and resourceful growth marketer can have an enormous impact.

You'll be an individual contributor reporting to Dribbble's CEO.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for :

  • Executing full-funnel acquisition campaigns across paid channels (namely, Paid Search and Paid Social) and non-paid channels (namely, Email).
  • Using Dribbble's own advertising products (for example, native display ads in our search results and feeds) and merchandising features to improve conversion of website traffic.
  • Partnering with Product to optimize the conversion funnel for each of Dribbble's self-serve offerings. For example, Services (
  • Partnering with Sales to optimize the conversion funnel for Dribbble's sales-assisted offerings. For example, Designer Advertising (
  • Partnering with Product to promote user adoption of new features.
  • 5-7 years of growth marketing experience, ideally with early-stage, product-led technology companies.
  • Hands-on experience developing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be very experienced with Paid Search in particular.
  • An organized thinker that can extract actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data. The ideal candidate will be proficient with SQL, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT (or other LLMs).
  • Experience working with Product to improve the user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience using no-code website builders (such as Webflow or Framer) to design and optimize landing pages.
  • A versatile and imaginative person that can make the most of the resources we have. You’ll be surrounded by highly skilled and supportive colleagues but the more independent you can be, the better.
  • Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality, thoughtful work—someone who’s detail-oriented and cares about doing things well. At the same time, you don’t take yourself too seriously and bring a sense of humor, humility, and approachability to the team.
