Everything you are looking for and more: We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with comprehensive experience in performance and loyalty marketing, capable of leading acquisition and engagement strategies across web and app platforms. The role involves designing full-funnel strategies in paid media and lifecycle marketing, with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and ROI enhancement. The goal is to increase qualified leads, reduce CAC, maximize LTV, and optimize every euro invested. This position requires strategic vision, strong analytical skills, leadership of external agencies, prioritization of digital projects, and active pursuit of innovative, measurable results in Iberia.

Responsibilities and Objectives
  1. Design digital acquisition and retention strategies to impact ROI directly.
  2. Establish, measure, and optimize performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, repeat rate, and conversion rate.
  3. Build dashboards and generate insights for strategic, data-driven decisions.
  4. Lead reporting and analysis of acquisition and loyalty results focusing on impact and return.
  5. Prioritize and execute high-impact digital projects.
  6. Utilize first and third-party data to segment audiences and optimize campaigns.
  7. Explore and test new channels and tactics for acquisition and loyalty, assessing profitability.
  8. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Tech, BI, Customer Experience, and Brand teams.
  9. Manage and develop the digital team, emphasizing results and continuous improvement.
  10. Supervise external agencies ensuring efficiency and innovation.
  11. Control and optimize the digital budget for maximum return.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience in fast-growing environments (startups, scaleups, tech companies).
  • Strategic and operational mastery of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and CRM/lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience leading digital projects and optimizing conversion funnels in web/app environments.
  • Proven ability to improve ROI sustainably and make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced skills in third-party data, analysis, and segmentation tools.
  • Experience leading teams and agencies with a results-oriented approach.
  • Analytical, creative, and performance-driven mindset, comfortable with testing and iteration.
  • Native Spanish or equivalent; fluent English (minimum C1); Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience working with international teams in matrix organizations.
