About the Role
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Strategist (Pod Lead) to own strategy, execution, and client outcomes for a portfolio of 4–6 B2B SaaS companies in mid-market, enterprise B2B SaaS Space.
You’ll lead a delivery pod composed of :
As the Pod Lead , you’ll guide client strategy, lead calls, tell the story around the data, manage client relationships, manage deliverables, and coordinate your pod to hit KPI targets like SQLs and pipeline. You’ll report into the DG Team Lead , who supports accounts and oversees delivery standards, team coaching, and strategic QA.
This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role — ideal for someone who’s ready to manage client strategy and lead a cross-functional team, without drowning in layers of hierarchy or bureaucracy & thrives in a fast paced agency environment.
