About the Role
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Strategist (Pod Lead) to own strategy, execution, and client outcomes for a portfolio of 4–6 B2B SaaS companies in the mid-market, enterprise B2B SaaS space.
You’ll lead a delivery pod composed of :
As the Pod Lead, you’ll guide client strategy, lead calls, tell the story around the data, manage client relationships, oversee deliverables, and coordinate your pod to hit KPI targets like SQLs and pipeline. You’ll report to the DG Team Lead, who supports accounts and oversees delivery standards, team coaching, and strategic QA.
This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role — ideal for someone who’s ready to manage client strategy and lead a cross-functional team, without layers of hierarchy or bureaucracy, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
