The role involves full-funnel growth management, budget oversight, and performance tracking in a flexible and remote environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of marketing experience, is fluent in English, and possesses a passion for music and education.

Your Mission Design and execute data-driven growth initiatives that convert curious drummers into lifelong fans.

What You’ll Own

• Full-Funnel Growth: Own our growth strategy from top to bottom. Hypothesize, test, and scale user acquisition across all channels (Paid, Organic, Influencers, Partnerships).
• Performance & Operations: Manage budgets and freelancers, build dashboards to track KPIs, and report on insights that will shape our next moves.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years in marketing, ideally with mobile app growth (imposter syndrome is welcome!).
• Hungry to learn and tinker with new tools, including AI.
• Comfortable managing freelancers, budgets, and KPIs.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus).
• Self-directed with a bias for action; you thrive in small, high-impact teams.
• Bonus: A background in music, drumming, or ed-tech.
