Mvci Management Sl seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the Spanish growth plan, driving marketing-led growth for Spain with expansion into Mexico. This remote-friendly role focuses on net-new acquisition and close collaboration with Sales to optimize pipeline and revenue.

You’ll lead cross‑functional campaigns across paid, content, email, events and ABM while managing a small local team and budget. The role blends strategy with hands‑on execution in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the Spanish marketing plan against qualified pipeline, bookings and revenue.
• Work closely with Sales to understand priorities, ICPs and pipeline quality.
• Use HubSpot/CRM and funnel data to identify what’s working and where to focus next.
• Build integrated campaigns across paid, content, email, webinars, ABM, events, trade media and partnerships.
• Identify and test new campaigns, propositions, formats and channels beyond the current playbook.
• Develop campaigns for priority accounts, ICPs and new customer segments.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial teams on cross-sell opportunities.
• Own local events and trade shows as part of the demand gen strategy.
• Manage relationships with trade media, partners, agencies and suppliers.
• Manage the local marketing budget and decide where to invest or redirect.
• Report performance through to opportunities, pipeline and bookings.
• Manage workload and prioritise the Marketing Executive and SDR.
• Stay close to execution to step in when needed.
• Decide on webinars, audience, proposition and brief the team to execute.
• Coordinate Spanish trade shows with organizers and design the stand to connect back to pipeline.
