Studio Alchemy is an AI-powered photography service transforming everyday photos into beautifully enhanced images, starting with our two brands in the baby space. We are expanding into multiple sectors and looking for a dynamic marketer to drive our growth, brand presence, and digital strategy.

Role Overview

This is a rare opportunity for a highly entrepreneurial growth leader who wants to take a cutting-edge AI e-com startup from its early stages to a $10M+ revenue powerhouse.

You will own the website, PPC, SEO, email marketing, CRO, and more!

You will act as an in-house entrepreneur, building everything from scratch—from growth strategy to customer acquisition and revenue expansion. You will have ownership over establishing and scaling our entire growth engine.

This position is designed to rapidly develop into a senior leadership role, providing a pathway to becoming a key executive as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable and repeatable paid social advertising campaigns (Meta, YouTube, etc.), including budget allocation, audience segmentation, and A / B testing.
  • Build and refine a high-converting marketing funnel that turns casual users into loyal, high-value customers.
  • Own email marketing strategy : design engaging email templates, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns for both performance and brand positioning, ensuring that every marketing effort drives revenue growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
  • Oversee brand aesthetics and UX / UI consistency on the website—no coding required.
  • Work with web developers / designers to direct the visual identity of the site, ensuring a seamless and premium user experience.
  • Provide strategic input on visual hierarchy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO.
  • Lead on-site marketing campaigns (e.g., popups, interactive content, digital lookbooks) in collaboration with the web team.

Requirements

  • You have managed Meta ad budgets of $100K+ (total), including running A / B tests to optimize performance.
  • Agency background preferred—experience working with multiple clients or brands, understanding scaling methodologies.
  • Proven experience scaling digital-first brands with data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly metrics-driven—obsessed with CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes startup environments where no two days are the same.
  • Strong cultural connection to Western markets and experience marketing to them.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered automation and marketing tech stacks to enhance efficiency and drive scalable growth.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics, predictive modeling, and automation tools to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable experimenting with cutting-edge tools and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.

  • Copywriter – for written content.
  • Web Developer / Designer – for website execution based on your direction.
