Our platform empowers property owners and managers to efficiently manage and market their rental businesses online. We are an international team of over 350 people from more than 60 nationalities, based in sunny Barcelona.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through analysis, creativity, and execution. You’ll scale our affiliate, referral, and conversion strategies while optimizing the customer journey for measurable results. Collaboration with teams like CRM, product, design, and sales is key. You’ll thrive if you are proactive, results-oriented, and quick to adapt and act on insights.
How will you make an impact?
- Affiliate & Referral Program Management: Own strategy, implementation, and optimization of our affiliate and referral programs to increase customer acquisition, retention, and viral growth. Recruit and onboard partners, and continually assess performance.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and behaviors to identify friction points and optimize conversions across the entire funnel. Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages, onboarding, and user flows.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor business metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn, MRR), analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Build dashboards and reports using Google Sheets/Excel for stakeholder sharing.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and benchmark growth tactics to identify new opportunities.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Drive PLG initiatives by optimizing user flows, onboarding, and trial-to-paid conversions, especially in our B2B SaaS, freemium, and self-service models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to implement strategies and ensure brand consistency and seamless user experiences.
What makes you a great fit?
- 3+ years of proven growth marketing experience, especially with affiliate/referral programs.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing affiliate programs, viral loops, loyalty, or referral mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of business metrics (MRR, ARPU, CPA, LTV, churn) and ability to drive improvements.
- Proven success in CRO, including A/B testing and user flow analysis.
- Comfort working with technical teams and effective communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio. Ability to analyze data and create presentations.
- Proactive, hands-on, self-starter, thriving in fast-paced environments, always seeking new growth tools and trends.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Extra bonus points if you have:
- Strong understanding of PLG strategies and customer journey optimization in B2B SaaS contexts.
