Our platform helps property owners and managers manage and market their rental businesses online. We are an international team of over 350 people from more than 60 nationalities, based in sunny Barcelona.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through analysis, creativity, and execution. You will scale affiliate, referral, and conversion strategies, optimizing the customer journey for measurable results. Collaboration with CRM, product, design, and sales teams is essential. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and quick to adapt and act on insights.
How will you make an impact?
- Affiliate & Referral Program Management: Own strategy, implementation, and optimization of affiliate and referral programs to increase customer acquisition, retention, and viral growth. Recruit partners, onboard affiliates, and refine program performance.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze customer journeys and behavior to identify friction points and optimize conversion across the funnel. Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages, onboarding, and user flows.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, and MRR. Build dashboards and reports to share insights with stakeholders.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and benchmark growth tactics to find new opportunities.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Drive PLG initiatives by optimizing user flows, onboarding, and trial-to-paid conversion, especially in our B2B SaaS, freemium, and self-service models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to implement growth strategies and ensure brand consistency and seamless user experiences.
What makes you a great fit?
- 3+ years of proven growth marketing experience, especially with affiliate/referral programs.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing affiliate, viral loops, loyalty, or referral programs.
- Strong understanding of business metrics (MRR, ARPU, CPA, LTV, churn) with a track record of driving improvements.
- Proven success in CRO, including A/B testing and user flow analysis.
- Comfort working with technical teams and effective communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Data Studio. Ability to analyze data and create professional presentations.
- Proactive, hands-on, self-starter attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments and continuously seeking new growth tools and trends.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to present complex data clearly.
