Radical is a fast-growing global travel scale-up, active in 900+ cities and 90+ countries, who aims at revolutionizing the way people store their luggage when they travel. With its distributed storage luggage network made of local businesses, it allows travelers to drop their bags for a few hours while they visit the city.

About the Role:

As the Country Growth & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible (as an independent contractor) for driving business growth within your assigned country through targeted digital marketing strategies (SEO & SEM), strategic partnerships, and overseeing territorial network expansion. Your role involves continuously monitoring performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring company objectives are met, and consistently delivering improved results.

You will be deeply passionate about your assigned market, maintaining comprehensive insights into all factors influencing our product's success locally. This includes analyzing market dynamics, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and proactively coordinating with internal teams to deliver sustainable and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Management: Design, execute, and optimize SEO / SEM campaigns, ensuring high visibility, traffic acquisition, and increased conversion rates.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships crucial for accelerating growth, enhancing revenue, and increasing coverage within the local market.
  3. Territorial Expansion: Oversee and drive the expansion of our network across the territory, coordinating and guiding the expansion team to effectively meet market demand and growth targets.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze critical business KPIs, including but not limited to:
    1. Conversion Rate (CR)
    2. Supply Coverage
    3. Strategic Partnerships (impact on revenue and coverage growth)
  5. Market & Competitor Analysis: Maintain a detailed understanding of local market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and risk assessments.
  6. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (sales, product, operations, expansion, customer experience, and IT teams) to align company-wide initiatives and execute cohesive strategies for country-specific growth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Digital Marketing (SEO & SEM), including hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools and analytics platforms.
  2. Demonstrable track record in driving market growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing network or territorial expansions.
  3. Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting complex business KPIs to drive strategic decisions.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and lead complex, cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in digital-first environments, e-commerce platforms, or online marketplaces.
  2. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth business contexts.
  3. Previous experience managing expansion teams or territorial operations.
