MiiN Cosmetics is seeking a Growth Manager for the German market, based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model. You will lead growth strategies, coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and finance to scale presence in Germany, manage budgets, and drive performance across paid and organic channels.

Ideal candidates bring German and English fluency, and a track record in retail/e-commerce growth, influencer collaborations, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Growth Manager or similar roles in retail/e-commerce.
• Experience crafting local market marketing plans tailored to Germany.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and paid media.
• Solid experience in P&L management, financial control and budgeting.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan for the German market.
• Collaborate with design, performance, finance and e-commerce teams to localize campaigns.
• Forecast market needs, improve customer journey, and boost brand visibility.
• Manage P&L for Germany and craft annual budget execution.
• Lead offline/influencer activities and manage cross-department workflows.
• Monitor KPIs, report monthly results, and optimize promotions and UX.
