Why is this role important? As

Growth Lead , you’ll be the person responsible for turning traffic into traction. That means building and owning our lifecycle programs, referral systems, and full-funnel performance from sign-up to activation. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role reporting directly to the CMO — with a clear path to become our Head of Growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing, Brand, Marketing Ops, and Community to build scalable, creator-centric growth systems from day one.

What you'll do Own the entire

user journey : from sign-up and onboarding through activation and retention Build and run lifecycle marketing flows across email, in-app, and push Design and launch our referral and affiliate programs Work with Marketing Ops to define funnel tracking and build dashboards Lead experiments to increase CVR, activation, retention. Lay the groundwork for future demand gen, SEO, and owned channels

You might be a fit if you... Have 3–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing Have owned or contributed meaningfully to full-funnel growth systems Are comfortable owning strategy and getting hands-on with tools (e.g. Customer.io, Posthog, Notion, BI tools ) Have launched referral or affiliate programs Are energized by a fast-moving, builder-first environment See yourself growing into a Head of Growth and building a team
