Growth Lead - Remote - Experience growing Products in the Spanish market with regulated Products Essential - €80,000 per year plus Benefits

In Product is partnered with an ambitious, innovative financial technology company. This company has established products in multiple countries across Europe and has successfully launched various new product lines within their customer-facing brands, positioning them to achieve their vision of creating innovative financial products.

This business is positioned for significant growth in both headcount and customers over the next year. As a Growth Lead, you will have the autonomy to lead growth strategies and act as the CEO of your market, introducing customer-centric, responsible, and flexible lending and investment products.

As a Growth Lead, you will
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies, leading demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline activations.
  • Drive brand awareness, conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, the competitor landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with local influencers, media outlets, and organizations to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Have experience as a senior marketer with a proven track record in performance marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition within a regulated industry.
