MAKE is redefining banking for creators and is seeking a Growth Lead. This role involves owning and enhancing the user journey, executing lifecycle marketing programs, and building growth systems. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years in growth marketing, thrive in fast-paced environments, and aspire to grow into leadership roles.

Why is this role important?
As Growth Lead , you'll be the person responsible for turning traffic into traction. That means building and owning our lifecycle programs, referral systems, and full-funnel performance from sign-up to activation.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role reporting directly to the CMO — with a clear path to become our Head of Growth. You'll work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing, Brand, Marketing Ops, and Community to build scalable, creator-centric growth systems from day one.
