The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, bringing a data-driven and creative approach to marketing efforts. Ideal applicants are autonomous, proactive, and possess strong communication skills, with a background in digital marketing.

Formación

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Hacker with a strong marketing mindset

to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be designing, executing, and scaling creative, data-driven strategies to boost user acquisition, retention, and revenue—both for WiPass and for our clients using the platform.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to create and align campaigns that deliver real results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Launch and optimize paid and organic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
  • Growth Experiments: Work closely with the CEO to quickly create and test new marketing ideas—like landing pages, email campaigns, or funnel improvements, with clear KPIs and fast learning.
  • Conversion Funnel Optimization: Analyze user behavior and campaign data to improve conversion rates at every stage.
  • Content & Inbound Marketing: Create or support content that positions WiPass as a category leader (blog posts, social content, lead magnets).
  • Client Campaigns: Build ready-to-use marketing campaign templates and strategies for our B2B clients to activate on their own customers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing, growth, or performance roles—preferably in startups or SaaS. Experience in hospitality/retail tech is a plus.
  • Communication & Design Sense: Strong copywriting and eye for visuals—can brief designers and make things happen.
  • Data-Driven & Creative: You’re comfortable with metrics and creativity. You test fast, learn faster, and love optimizing.
  • Autonomous & Proactive: You take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Tools: Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required. Spanish is a strong plus.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced tech environments
  • Familiarity with hospitality and tourism industries
  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Notion, Figma, or Webflow
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShoot, Adobe tools, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO and content strategy
  • Experience running A/B tests or CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Previous involvement in B2B2C marketing models
  • Fluent or conversational in additional languages (besides English/Spanish)
  • Passion for UX, customer behavior, or behavioral psychology
  • Public speaking or webinar experience for hosting client workshops
  • Familiarity with AI tools
