Company Overview: Collective Minds is a leading innovator in medical imaging collaboration, providing a global SaaS B2B platform that enables seamless clinical collaboration, education, and research. We cater to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, where trust and long-term relationships are paramount. Our average sales cycle spans approximately six months.

Role Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth. This individual will play a critical role in our marketing, product, and sales teams, focusing on funnel analysis and leveraging data to optimize our go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute bold, experimentation-driven growth strategies to rapidly drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through iterative, data-backed testing.
  2. Leverage an agile mindset to continuously test hypotheses, learn from failures, and optimize campaigns, ensuring fast pivots and iterative improvements.
  3. Own the end-to-end experimentation process—from ideation to execution—by designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
  4. Champion a fail-fast, learn-fast approach, using rapid experimentation to validate new channels, messaging, and acquisition tactics.
  5. Use advanced data analytics and BI tools (e.g., AWS RedShift, PowerBI, SQL) to extract insights, measure impact, and optimize every aspect of the customer funnel.
  6. Continuously refine marketing and sales funnels, optimizing conversion rates and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) through iterative testing.
  7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (SDR, product, sales, and customer success) to align growth hacking initiatives with business objectives.
  8. Implement multi-channel, data-driven growth tactics across organic, paid, and viral loops, leveraging SEO, SEM, content, and performance marketing strategies.
  9. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, constantly exploring new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to find innovative ways to hack growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth hacking, with a proven track record of running high-impact, data-driven experiments that led to measurable growth.
  2. Strong data analytics skills, with expertise in AWS RedShift, PowerBI, SQL, and other data analysis tools to extract insights and drive decision-making.
  3. Deep understanding of agile methodologies, iterative development, and growth experimentation frameworks.
  4. Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  5. Curious, data-obsessed mindset, always questioning assumptions and driven by a relentless pursuit of scalable growth opportunities.
  6. Hands-on experience with SEO & SEM, leveraging organic and paid search strategies to drive growth.
  7. Strong knowledge of marketing and product analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush, Mixpanel, etc.).
  8. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, with a strong bias toward action and execution.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in an international, multi-cultural team setting.
  10. Deep familiarity with B2B SaaS growth cycles, sales funnels, and demand generation strategies.
  11. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Background within the “high trust” B2B SaaS, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience in medical imaging or related fields.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of various initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools.
