Impress in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for the German market. Based on-site at our Barcelona headquarters, you will collaborate with our international marketing team to localisation and deployment of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads, a strong understanding of the German market, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset.

Formación

• Proven track record in a similar marketing role within a large-scale startup/scale-up.
• Strong understanding of the German market and customer needs.
• Experience running Meta and TikTok ad campaigns end-to-end and optimizing performance.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all Impress marketing activities for the German market.
• Localise and deploy marketing initiatives across channels.
• Manage marketing operations to digitalise the orthodontic experience for patients.
• Drive traffic and revenue growth while reducing CAC.
• Prepare performance reports daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
