Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

• Lead the Platform engineering team in delivering strategic infrastructure and developer experience initiatives

• Drive technical excellence in cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and security practices

• Balance team capacity between strategic platform improvements and essential maintenance work

• Partner with product teams to identify and implement scalable infrastructure solutions

• Establish and maintain engineering best practices for infrastructure as code and cloud services

• Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and coaching

• Create sustainable processes for cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Maintain and regularly update long-term capacity planning for platform services

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven track record of software engineering and engineering management experience at scale

• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and distributed systems

• Experience with AWS services, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration platforms

• Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

• Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple work streams

• Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements

• Previous experience in fintech or financial services is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Dublin, Our Buzzing HQ

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

London, One Big Family

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

Sydney, Small but Mighty

Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.

Atlanta, New York & Charlotte, Stateside Collaboration
