Jobtailor is seeking a senior frontend engineer to migrate our marketing site and customer funnels from Webflow to a fast, self-hosted Next.js/Vercel frontend with Payload CMS. You will architect dynamic landing templates for VIP accounts, ensuring zero layout shifts and flawless asset integration.

You will implement in-platform tracking, connect event data to Salesforce, and maintain growth experimentation infra, while leading server-side A/B tests to optimize enterprise demo bookings.

Formación

• Extensive experience building from scratch without detailed specs.
• Deep mastery of React, Next.js App Router, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with modern headless CMS (Payload CMS/Strapi) and hosting on Vercel.
• Familiar with in-platform tracking and CRM data integration (PostHog, Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Lead migration of marketing site and funnels from Webflow to Next.js/Vercel.
• Create dynamic landing templates for VIP accounts with zero layout shifts.
• Implement robust in-platform tracking to reveal data gaps.
• Pipe event data and traits from PostHog into Salesforce CRM with clean payloads.
• Build and maintain growth experimentation infrastructure.
• Design and analyze server-side A/B tests to boost conversions.
